Enno Zipse, LL.M.

Before founding Zipse | Ludwig, I worked as a lawyer in the banking & finance and corporate law practice groups of a German commercial law firm, an international Japanese law firm and for a so-called Big Four company in Frankfurt am Main. Due to my recent work as an in-house lawyer in a FinTech company of the Visa Group, I am familiar with the requirements of legal advice from the client's perspective.

I focus on advising national and international companies in the areas of contract, commercial and corporate law as well as on compliance-related issues. I draw on my many years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, particularly in light of increasing regulatory requirements.

My clients include large and medium-sized companies as well as strategic investors. I am fluent in Japanese and provide comprehensive support to Japanese companies in particular on market entry and exit as well as operational activities in Germany and Europe. I also regularly represent their interests in court.
