Dr. Jan Ludwig

I acquired my legal skills at an international law firm. Subsequently I worked as a partner in two medium-sized commercial law firms. In this role, I advised DAX and MDAX companies, private and public banks, medium-sized companies from Germany and abroad as well as investors, managing directors and private individuals and represented them in more than 600 civil proceedings.

As a lawyer, I primarily advise on issues of commercial and inheritance law. One of my main focuses is on corporate law - also taking into account the implications of insolvency law. If necessary, I also enforce my clients' interests in court.

My philosophy of legal advice is characterized by unconditional quality standards, tailor-made legal advice, personal contact with clients and, last but not least, the human element. I see my profession as a matter of trust that requires empathy for the interests of the parties involved and a corresponding level of commitment.
